Our defence force is a joke. Drove past the army camp in Kroonstad en there are little kids running around the barracks and cars standing on the grass booming loud music. Back in the day they wouldn't dare...not even think about it.
Mind you this was in the week and not on a weekend whey they might have visitors. This was during the late morning hours on a Tuesday.
