HexOhm stopped working

Hey gents my Hex decided it was time to stop working. I’ve got a hunch that the button might have failed.

Any advice on how and where to have it repaired, based in Benoni.

I'd offer to do it, only that I believe they have a lifetime warranty, however I cannot tell you who in South Africa honors said lifetime warranty

Contact Vape Cartel and check with them. Their sister company Liquid Distro was the official Distro and repair centre for Hexohm.

Hey gents.

No success, decided to remove the button myself. Any idea where I can locate a replacement? It’s a Otto 21649 push button.

Maybe @Intuthu Kagesi can help. You both live in the Far East so this should be easy.

@Dwarfy ... Place a Multimeter across that switch and test it ... Mantech or, closer to you, GT Electronics , carry the same horrible looking switches that HexOhm use ... or ... PM me and I'll gladly have a look at it for you.
