Hi Guys

i need some help i purchased this unit online, from hong kong, and since i have it i have been having problems it does not charge, i can put fully charge batteries in it, and it will say low battery, also i have tried to update it but when i connect it to the PC i get the error USB NOT RECOGNIZED
i have contacted the supplier waiting on a response

By still nothing do you mean it's still not picking up on the USB or nothing as in you updated it but still giving problems?

Ive alo been trying to get the update but whatever I try i cant detect it. the instructions say install the installer & open the updater then plug into usb and push the power button and the updater will pick up the device but it doesnt matter what i do i get unrecognised device ive tried 8 usb ports on my pc (windows 7), 3 dif computers, win7, win10 & win8.1 all the usb ports on those pc's/laptops and all have the same unrecognised device.

Okay so to update:

Hold down the power button and then keep holding it down whilst plugging into the usb, keep holding it down & open the updater app and it'll be detected then update it

Do not let go of the power button (thankfully its big enough to swap hands and keep holding it down), you might need to swap hands to open the app/ load the update file etc.
