It has come to our attention that the IPV6 and the IPV400's reverse polarity protection does not work. If the batteries are put in incorrectly the mod starts firing as soon as the battery cover is closed. 
I tested this myself this morning and it does happen. Our batch of units arrived very recently so I assume this is an ongoing issue.
Since this is a rather serious safety concern we (VapeClub) hereby issue a voluntary recall notice on both these models and have removed them from stock. We will also contact customers who have purchased these mods and explain the recall option.
Note that if used correctly with batteries inserted properly, it is of course, not an issue.
