Kamry K1000 not turning off...

I found a guy selling his Kamry K1000 claims its fine but the battery won t switch off (not miss firing just not turning off)

Hes asking 150 since its not fully functional and was wondering if anyone knows whether this is easily fixible

Looks like this pipe is basically a simple mechanical mod. Look here for some more information which may help you decide.

@Vapegilius995 I was assuming its electronic and was sposed to turn off, but its mechanical as @Raindance says.
Review by Indoor Smokers from back in the day, its not broken, guess the only way to turn it off is to pull out the batt.
