Been alternating two pods for the past month.
I'd say about 12 to 15ml of freebase has gone through each of them.
Haven't had a pod burnt out on me yet, I just tend to replace them every time I run out of a certain liquid.

Neither... Pod systems are always going to be disappointing after a SubOhm, RTA or RDA setup.

Where are you seeing pods are R200+ for a set of two?
think i paid 70 or 90 bucks each last time.
and they definitely last me more than 400 puffs (mtl, afc ring is almost fully closed).

Agreed that one cant compare a pod system to the above, but for form factor, functionality, nicotine delivery, the Orion works well.
i survived 3 days in the Cape a few weeks back, carried only the Orion and a spare pod pre-filled with 10mg freebase before i left JHB.
And i usually go through around 30 to 40ml of 2/3mg a day.

i use both daily and as i like both i prefer the orion. one deciding factor: i can see the juice level and don’t have to worry about dry burning the coil.
if it’s a monetary issue i would recommend the PAL 2. there isn’t much difference in the price of the coils unless you take the tank into consideration. Orion coils: R85 PAL coils: R55 Tank: R85
