Yes they are. The black tip is 13mm wide and 18mm tall.

Lovely matchy matchy setup you have, glad you like the tip. I love my Minikin v2 (Thanks @Rob Fisher ), the touch screen took some getting use to but its a fantastic little mod and it has excellent battery life.
