My brother needs to be piffed

Hi guys,

My brother is n chainsmoker, I used to be one but vaping changed my life and have been smoke free for 5 months. I really want to get my brother of the stuff but neither me or him can afford it. If there is anyone that has a little start up kit lying around I would really appreciate it. I'm also very new to this forum, so hope I have said this in the right way!
