Nitecore i2 buzz

So I've got this Nitecore i2 charger which I bought in the classifieds that makes a low volume buzzing sound while plugged in (no batteries in slots) and was wondering if this is normal?

There's also this beeping sound (same low volume) while it's charging a battery which I assume is normal and probably the processor doing its thing..

Normal behavior - the origin of the sound is the high frequency switch mode transformer.

Yet my i4 is totally silent

Despite the buzz, the i2 still works perfectly

My i2 also makes that noise. Seems normal.

I've never heard any sound from my i2. Just see the indicator LED's letting me know how the charge is going. Will listen for it closely on the next charge.

Wiggle Ur mains plug, the Buzzing sound goes away sometimes

My I4 doesnt do it strangely,even if plugged into the same multiplug

Thanks for the feedback guys, like Silver, Im just glad its not only my one that does it because it charges fine.

Mine did it too. It eventually irritated me so much that I stripped the thing and hot glued the transformer. No sound since and still working fine.

My I2 buzzed when I had it and so does my I4 nothing to be concerned about.

Mine does it too, in dead silence it sounds like electronic pulses. Wife actually picked it up before I did.
