Hi, I recently bought a used I2 charger and one of the bays are not working. When I try to charge a battery in that bay all the lights flash yellow rapidly. Is there any place in Cape Town that can repair it?

3 flashing LEDs usually means the battery is damaged. Stupid question, have you tried a different battery in that slot or one that you know for sure is good?
Yes, it does the same. Batteries charges fine when used in the second slot.
You'd have to take it to someone familiar with electronics, I don't know anyone in cape town sorry, hopefully someone else does, but it would probably be cheaper to buy a new i2.

Judging by this ( http://charger.nitecore.com/identification-guide-nitecore-charger-users ) there will be a lot of ( likely proprietary ) chips inside there so even a good electronic repairsman may take you longer than the unit is worth ( my 2c )
I was thinking the same. I'm using an evic vtc mini so can use it as a single battery charger till I need to replace it.
