Orchid v4 clone - juice usage

I did search and didn't find anything similar to my question.

My Orchid v4 clone uses what can only be described as a metric f*ck-ton of juice.
Is it normal behaviour for this device?
Everything else about this RTA is great, flavour, vapour production and has a fantastic deck to build on.
The only downside is that I have to fill it up about 8 to 10 times a day and I don't chain vape, I go out for vape breaks every now and then and have to fill up after every session.
I'm currently running dual 8 wrap, 26g Kanthal coils, 0.5 Ohm, wicked with organic cotton.
Maybe I need to move up to 12mg juice?

This may sound silly but are you sure you're actually filling the orchid up? I had a similar issue with mine where I thought the thing was full but the tank interior is very tight and creates a bubble in the top cap where the juice is supposed to go, so it looks like it's full of juice if you're looking at the window but you're only getting about 1 or 2 mls in there.

I skipped forward to the filling part, and tested it.
It's definitely a vast improvement.
I vaped and vaped and am now taking a break and will vape again just now on the same refill.
