Order return, no further response from vapeclub

So I bought myself a Revenger, opened it up and starting vaping straight away as with any vapemail.

Get home, low and behold, my wife order one for my birthday as well.

Requested a return from Lindsey, and was told dawnwing will collect as the package is unopened.
That was last Wednesday morning.

Can anyone provide feedback please? Or is this the way diamond supporting vendors operate?
