Provari P3 with kit

@Julz79 I'm posting just for more encouragement Bro ..... ;) I'm still a noob to vaping and struggled in the beginning. Was coming of 40-60sig a day. First 2 months was on Twisp's and my Camel's. Got on this forum and with some great advice got my self a upgrade and some 24mg e juice, never bought another pack of Camel again. You sure have a great kit here and all you need is the correct Nicotine and flavor, and you can quit Bro. :) I really could suggest you get a Sample box from one of our great and helpful vendors on the forum, (btw Some great Vendors in Cape Town) or get on the taste box list its a great way to experience different e juices.
You have the kit and now you have the encouragement and support of fellow Vapers:
You Can Kick The Habit Buddy

Guys not to peepee on anyone's heartfelt advise and encouragement , but has someone actually tried contacting @Julz79 again ?

@Julz79 bru if you need someone to talk to or advise on juice you are welcome to PM me , might not be the best to comment as I am vaping 3mg LOL and have only tried a few juices , maybe one of the locals can chime in .... I have some 12mg pipe tobacco that has been steeping a moer of a long time :) so can send that to you if you like ?

Mods maybe we should move this to the Newbie section as a sticky (if ok with you of course @Julz79 ?) , as I have never read such heart felt encouragement and seen a community come together to assist another individual ... some real 'trane trekkers' in this one and solid advise ...

ok my 2 Chappies worth ....

Just remember the Nicotene effect on vaping is slow, if you crave a cigarette and light one the craving almost immediately disappear and then you just saturate. Vaping is sorta reversed. You crave, you light up...and...puff puff....hmmm....kinda like this flavour...I still wanted to try that....and the craving fades...I have focused on the craving specifically, and noticed that you need quite a few puffs and when your good, you are way good, on occasion oversteppin it. Nicotene buzz...lol, almost like the 20min stomach delay effect of eating.

Have you tried 24mg in a dripper?

Nope, I'm trying to reduce nicotine not step it up a notch...lol.
Oh and still on EVOD after my recent upgrade from the Ching Chong Bong...lol, my plan is a D16 or istick mini with RBA from Mei, stockin up on DIY kit this month.

I cant see the harm in stepping up your nic level to get away from the stinkeys and when the craving is not there anymore drop your nic again to were you are comfortable.

I think @kimbo meant to illustrate that using higher nicotine levels reduces the time it takes to reduce the craving...and I can attest to that. 18mg is very good for starting out as it helps with that immediate nicotine requirement. Even now, even though I'm on 6mg almost exclusively I still hit some 18mg every now and then when I feel the need :D

Very true...must say I have slipped with 12mg, getting all gittery, little buzzy, but that was with the start...tryin to drown my craves in ejuice...lol

CONFESSION:"Forgive me smokers for I have sinned...I've been vaping frequently without cravings" LIKE A BOSS!!! hahaha

I can just add I'm down to 12mg now on my ADV and only now and the hit a 18mg.
The 24mg in the corner is like :whew: must say I have not craved a Camel ever :D
now only to get my Better:h:Half of the occasional stinky :p

Also be wary when upgrading devices, some devices will put you on your a$$ - even with 12mg :D
When upgrading, check what others have to say, or ask...quite frequently nicotine delivery is better with newer devices ;)

Try this...from what I hear (a very reliable and trusted source) it's a great device and it might just be the right fit for her ;)

About the nic content, also found that nic is very important, I tried to be brave and start at zero but was smoking as many cigs as I was before vaping and I was vaping on top of that, so yeah find your right nic level, experiment a little.

18mg might be theoretically sound advice, but you might also find it too harsh on your throat.
Id say try a little of everything, I could only manage 6mg, so it meant that I vaped a heck of a lot more to satisfy myself. But hey.... Thats what I did, and worked... For me....

Experiment and see what works for you brother. Maybe your sweetspot is vaping while getting a massage from a 6ft blonde Swedish model wearing a superwoman outfit. Who knows, experiment ;)

Seems nice, must admit that the rebuilding idea is drawing me in...as to not run out of coils in odd times of the month resulting in a relapse...especially for her...she's one of those only few a day smokers, where the ciggy is a reward instead of a chain problem like I use to be. Told me last night how she was thinkin of the great smoke she's gonna have afterwards, while vaping my rig...(pure evil)

In that case (and I literally just recommended this in another thread) look at the eGrip+RBA. Also an amazing and tiny device, with the added benefit of being rebuildable when you need it ;)

I also think that if you find her the right juice (which may be nowhere near your right juice), it would sway her away from the cigs completely :D

I left 40+ a day(to be modest) for 12mg off the bat...vaping about 3ml's+- a day, day 12 today, not a single cig, sofar so good, not struggling...gonna try 6mg tomorrow, hold thumbs guys...if it still works for me...I'd stay there for a longer period before stepping down to 4 or 3...aiming for a 6month scale down in total.

Great going, the first few weeks are the most trying

Good idea to go down, but don't rush it...your body will tell you when it's ready for less nic. And until that time, nicotine really isn't bad for you - or at least no worse than caffeine, and may actually have some benefit ;)

Nicotine is extremely bad for you...I saw my mother paralyzed for 3years as a result of it. Your body increases calcium production in order to counter vein contractions caused by nicotine, thus hardening the walls eventually resulting in aneurisms/aka strokes. My father inlaw has 6 arteries bypassed after they collapsed from beein perfectly healthy- result from nicotine. It kills more people than Tar and other chemicals in cigz, just not always noted as heart attacks and strokes happen due to other causes aswell. I'm just forced to scale down slowely in order to not relapse back to cigs...But ultimately I hate nicotine.
