I received one of these yesterday to test and to assess whether we will be stocking them and my impressions thus far are:

Tested using:
MVP Shine
Craft Vapour Polar Express 12mg (50/50 PG VG)
Watts 8.0 and 8.5

• The drip tip is quite large in proportion to the rest of the clearo, but I like the way it feels while in my mouth - solid, fairly large bore and the two o-rings make it feel solid and it fits nice and flush
• The air flow control is knurled, which makes it easier to grip and adjust
• The draw is airier than I normally would like and she's noisier than than the aerotank mega on draw
• That said, I get good flavour and the cloud production is pretty damn awesome
• Throat hit fair, more intense than I get from a MPT3
• The drawbacks for me are the 1.4ml capacity and how finicky it is to fill - if you are not careful you can end up with juice all over yourself - granted though I am used to a top filler and bottom fillers have always been problematic for me (I'm left handed)
• I'm interested to see how soon the coil needs replacement

Overall, a great little clearo that I would gladly recommend and will be bundling with the CLK1280 when my local supplier gets their shipment in. Not sure on price point yet - but will post an update to this thread when I know for sure.
