If you don't come right, maybe check with BLCK Vapour whether they can help you out with some nicotine. I know they have their kits with 10ml bottles of Nicotine that are 100mg/ml. I don't see that they sell them seperately but maybe they can help you out? And if you do manage, because of the strength you would only need to add about 3ml to your bottle.

Check with a couple of vape shops, The vape industry sells Nic shots, so you buy your 3mg nic shot and just add it to your juice. its made for cases like this where you want to up the nic from 0 to 3 or 3 to 6mg.
