Nope they haven't been replaced... the new P67 REO Grand is about to be launched at $200 and I have no doubt it will be a sell out... but the second hand market (particularly for Mini's) has taken a dive... it's no longer a "rare item" like it was way back when...

Is Reo-naming a proudly SA tradition or do they do it in the US too? I've always thought that Reo names should not change and should be passed down from owner to owner. I'd be happy to inherit a Reo name and would hate to think that someone might re-name my Ronda. Only I can do that (I'm thinking Holly)This is my old reo, formally known as Katy

I have to disagree on that. There is one simple reason for the price here and it's condition which is probably due to age. No offence to @gman211991 as shyt happens but that is the worst condition Reo I have ever seen and I think it was priced for it.
I've bought REO's at different ages and conditions at vastly different prices. A newer one in great condition is really a thing of beauty and I can't even imagine selling mine for the price I bought it for and not feel like I lost out.
It could always be stripped down and have a few (relatively in-expensive) parts replaced and I reckon she'll be golden again
Also probably to do with it being a mini, and the older non-adjustable 510 (presumably) to some degree.Either way, it's a steal at R800!
