I contacted Robbot with the button problem i had, send them a video and some pics of the problematic button. I must say for a Chinese clone company the after sales service i got was very good. They agreed that i have a problem with the ZNA and it is not from my wrong doing. They send me a replacement free of charge with DHL. Here is my findings on the new device.

The main problem i had was the power settings button. The power up button was stuck and on the new device all the buttons have a very nice click to them. I was assured by Robbot that all the other little cosmetic things i highlighted in my clone comparison was fixed in the ZNA 50 they are selling now. Including a copper adjustable pin.

In the box you 18490 and the 18650 tube, all the threads are Z2 and compatible with all the original stuff, you can even send this clone in for an original Evolve chip, the upgrade adjustable pin and redo the wiring here: ZNA Clone Service
The ComCig 1:1 clone they have listed on the site, is the Robbot clone re-branded by ComCig

I am very happy with the replacement i received from Robbot and what stood out for me was the great customer service. I did not have to jump through hoops to get them to listen to me. I just explained my problem, showed to them via video and pictures and they send me a new one
