Small/Cheap Mod + single/dual RTA

Item wanted: Small/Cheap Mod and single/dual deck RTA. Was looking for something like a NC/eVic/Presa/iStick and a Kylin/Serpent. Replacing a rapidly failing Pico + Gemini combo so something similar would be ideal.
Price Preference: R700-R900?
Condition: As decent as possible - don't mind a few scratches.
Age of the item: New as possible.
Location of item: JHB only.
Delivery/Collection: Collection preferred.
Reason: Current setup is dying
