Smok M50 (65W version)

I bought a Smok M50 from @6ghost9.
It works for a while and then the screen either stays frozen or the screen goes off and then it takes a long time to come back on again.
Resetting it does not work to turn the screen back on.
Does anyone have some advice on what to do or how to fix it?
And @6ghost9 did it always do that?

It was delivered at the office on Tuesday and I only got to the office yesterday, so yesterday.

then I think you should get a refund but lets hear from the seller first.

@Tiaan PTA it sounds like a defective unit. This should not happen and it sounds like there is some failure with the device.

That said, are you using a flat top battery with it? And have you tried changing the battery?
Also, make sure that the bottom screws are firmly in place.

I am using an Efest flat top battery. I've been using it for 3 days now without turning it off, and it hasn't done that again yet. It seems like it is shutting it down that is causing it.
