Smok M65 giving problems

@Festival Panda Yes you are right but we at SIR VAPE pride ourselves on our service and we will always back our stuff. But to be truly honest its because we are PASSIONATE about vaping and not everything has to be about the money.
 
And that right there is exactly why I will def be singing your praises and vaping your joose ... Hat off to you SIR! :dance::clap:
 
@Tiaan PTA Maybe send the mod back to Smok anyways and ask for them to fix it, and pay for the repair... Warrenty voided but you can still pay for replacing parts im sure. It can never be a vendors fault for a faulty mod if it was that. They did not produce it only sell them. Hope you can get the mod fixed as it would be a waste just laying around broken.
 
Ok some feedback. I sent the Mod back to Sir Vape.
They said they will source me a new board, but then disappeared.
The last time they made contact with me again was on 15 May 2015. I sent them another 2 emails through 2015 and no replies. Not even, sorry, we are still looking, or anything.
So can Sir Vape please come back to me at some point during 2016 and let me know what is going on?
And @jtgrey only said he will help out, he really did not. Please people don't make promises that will never happen.

@Tiaan PTA Good day to you. let me start by correcting your statement my exact words were as follows
@Tiaan PTA Not a problem dude seriously as a vendor we have to take it on the chin and absorb clients frustrations etc although the bulk of the time the claims are unsubstantiated but if this has taught anyone a lesson is that there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it. I Have been a bit hectic today so only got to this now and am busy in the process of trying to source a new board for you as i can tell you that and even though i will send the photos shortly to SMOK they will not honor the warranty. So if you can bare with me let me try and source a board for you and then we can have the plate re coated as to stop the arcing and you will be a happy chappy again. But just remember Rome was not built i a day and i cant promise that i will be able to source a stand alone board.

at no point did i guarantee that i would be able to get a board for you. And also please note that there are various methods to contact us not only email, however if my memory serves me correctly i did respond to your one and only email to me saying that we had had no joy finding a board and that you could send a courier to collect.

So in conclusion before submitting posts make sure you have the facts correct.

Seems like you have fun calling people out on this forum dude. As @Sir Vape already said. Theres many methods of contacting a person, if you felt so strongly about it why would you be scared to pick the phone up and speak to them about it.
 
My final 2c... I had an issue or rather issue's with my last order with @Sir Vape a few weeks ago. I phoned them and.they went over and above what they should have done to rectify the problem. Thats the type of vendors we have in SA.
