Hi bud, I will strongly think about it. Ideally I would like a dual bat squonker or at least a 18650 single bat one.

Single 18650 have a look at the pico squeeze, the kanger Dripbox or CoV wraith. I would recommend the Hcigar squonker or the Therion BF but those are close to around R2000 so a bit out of your budget.

Not a lot of dual 18650 squonkers atm but there's the kanger dripbox 160. Also the lost Vape drone BF but can't find that in SA yet and I'm pretty sure it'll be over R2000 as well.
There's also the Halcyon but that's a lipo battery and also over R2000

My recommendations: pico squeeze or kanger dripbox 160

My friend actually bought one yesterday but has too many issues. The buttons move around a lot and makes a lot of noise when you shake it. Also the connection for the bottle fell out twice on the first day that he got it. Plus it doesn't always turn on so sometimes he has to reattempt it 3 or more times before it switches on. Looks like a solid device but too many issues with it.
