This issue popped up again yesterday and I reached out to Tapatalk support who helped me last year as well. He has sorted it out but his feedback is that it will happen again unless the Tapatalk plugin is updated on the Forum.

I re-published the forum but the system will likely unpublish it again in the future unless the Tapatalk plugin is updated on the forum's end.
