Does anyone know if the Vape Den is still operational?

I have a little bit of store credit (mostly from some tidbits that I ordered and paid for, but ended up being out of stock). I want to use that towards (somewhat urgently) restocking on White Collar coils, but I can no longer find the credit reflecting on my profile (or a function to utilise credit towards partial payment).

I've tried contacting them since 7 April via e-mail, then the chat function on their website, then via pm om this forum, and (finally today) via the phone number that I have (went straight to voicemail). I've received no response so far.

This is not a 'throwing shade' or 'moaning' post. I just want to determine whether they are at all still operational, or if I should just cut my (relatively small) losses and order the coils elsewhere.

EDIT: If someone confirms that they are indeed still open, I would very much appreciate recent contact details if you have them.

Looking at the amount of OUT OF STOCK items on their website, they are either waiting for stock or revamping their site. I hope it is either and you get feedback from them. Do hope that Covid has not taken another vape shop as a casualty!
