I'd be too scared after the recent death of a beloved Doglet who was in a crate at ORT in the heat of the day (when we had that heat wave) for over 3 hours, no water or shade, waiting to be loaded to CT...

Sheez that's bad, I guess it pays to have someone to "partner" with the animal in transit to make sure everything runs smoothly. Which probably doesn't come cheap

I would sue the crap out of them!
