Topbox mini fell, negative pin stuck

So it's a terrible day, my topbox mini fell from seat height onto a concrete floor.
The negative pin of the kbox mini is now retracted completely and I can't get it out so now my battery doesn't make contact anymore.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? Or any suggestions? I am so sad

Not sure what to suggest.

I can't see if it's bent and I can't understand why it's stuck. I've tried to glue a nail to the pin and pull, but it seems to be superungluable because no glue I use wants to work

The tweezers in a coiling kit might fit so you can wiggle it to pop back out

Thanks I tried but there is no wiggle it seems to be completely rigid. I'm thinking I'll have to open it but I'm not sure how

Opening seems to be the only option.

I didn't know about the 2nd screw but got her open. Reset the spring assembly and everything is back to normal, the AIO back in storage

I sympathise Boet, but I think that's the only way we'll learn not to drop our mods and about the secret little screws that hold them all together.
Luckily we have this great forum full of friendly clever folks who always seem to try and go out of their way to help before we do stupid things, I'm so glad my little kbox isn't in mod heaven just yet, I've just started to get to know it's TC and I'm really enjoying it

Glad you got things sorted. I wanted to suggest some soldering work but repairing to original state is the better option.

Thanks @KZOR that thought crossed my mind, but luckily things weren't as serious as I initially thought, once she was opened up everything just kind of snapped into place again. ***Sigh of relief***
