How were you able to tell it is a fake?
I recently sold a complete kit to a customer with a Kayfun 3.1. Kayfun was obviously a clone.
The kit was original. Well according to my supplier and all homework I did.
Please inform us how you were able to tell it was fake?
I think it will be in everyone's best interest if posted here in public.

I guess it's the one that eciggies.co.za was selling because the one I bought for my mate on the R600 special fell apart in 3 days! 
Sorry guys, I miss spoke while I talked to Harry on the phone. It's not a fake, the problem is that the "Stainless Steel" has started to chip off, even without handling by myself. There is also small rust spots on most of the threads.
Combine that with the crossed threads on the 510 connector and the end cap, I would say that the item has been well used and then replated and passed off as a new unit.
So what I tried to say was that it was false advertising and not a fake.
My bad for adverising something without a closer inspection first. Lesson learnt.
