Forgive me if this is the incorrect section on the forum to post this.
It is by no means a rant, I am just struggling to get hold of anyone from Vape Cartel.
I purchased some items and ended up with a defective hardware item. Upon noticing this I sent an email on 25th June (the day i received the items). Followed up a couple of times too. Also sent messages on facebook to their Cartel FB page and to Mr Daly with no success.
I can understand they are very busy and might be even have limited staff, buuuut any ideas on how I can get in touch to resolve this?
