just read a long thread with lots of math anyway what I took from it is the battery life of your mod will be close to 2x18650s much better than what you thought. No, it is equal to a single 18650 1800mah.
Take a look at GrimmGreen's vlog for a better understanding.
A 3s lipo pack is 3x battery cells wired in series, batteries wired in series doubles, or in this case triples the voltage.
I know its a different chip, but I also have a DNA200 mod in dual 18650 configuration on the way, I will compare it again when I have that and give you feedback.
Interested to know which mod this is?
Not sure if that is yet on the way - especially with the 18650 battery sled?Cloudmaker?

@Attie - please excuse my ignorance - I also have a reuleaux on the way, and if one uses 25r's, what we'll get is the 2500mah, right? But compared to a single 18650 mod, if vaped at the same wattage e.g. 50W, will there be any significant difference in battery life?

That's interesting as if what you say is true then the vaporshark and lavabox will last half that of an 18650? Did you configure everything on escribe @Attie
No, not quite, with higher voltage, less amps is required to reach the same wattage for the same resistance, so the amp draw will be less on the batteries, resulting in longer battery life (or needing smaller capacity to get similar battery life than a single larger capacity battery running at a lower voltage). From my understanding, batteries in series, doubles the volts while mah and amps stay the same. So if you compare a single battery to 2 batteries in series or even 3, the vaping time would be the same.
