MEETING THE FACES BEHIND THE FORUM NAMES

In case anyone is wondering what on earth these RSVPs are for, let us explain...

VapeCon is the only expo (of its size) (that I know) - where a portion of the attendees belong to a closely knit passionate online forum. And between whom there are many strong bonds that go back several years. Admittedly, VapeCon has grown a lot over the years to a much wider group of attendees, but the vaping enthusiasts here on ECIGSSA will remain a core pillar of this event for a long time.

We use the RSVP list to make forum name tags on the day for ECIGSSA members

The idea behind this is threefold:

• You get to meet the people in real life that you have been interacting with online over the year.
• It enhances the community spirit because it's much easier to chat to someone when you know their name (or forum name in this case).
• And lastly, but very importantly, a portion of the giveaway prizes are allocated to ECIGSSA members and we use this to give random giveaways on the day.

Amazing isn't it!

BUT - here's the catch -
If you are not wearing your forum name tag on the day - you won't get a prize

So when you get to VapeCon, make sure you put on your forum name tag. They will be arranged alphabetically at the entrance. They have magnets and are easy to put on without damaging your clothes.

Vaping has gone mainstream. VapeCon 2019 is going to be full of fun and excitement for all with access to superb vaping vendors, great deals and the ability to see what's hot in vaping in 2019.

This year we are working on several refinements and improvements over last year's event. We have listened to a lot of feedback from attendees and exhibitors - and we are aiming for a great event for everyone in the vaping community.

As we roll out the event and the various initiatives, we will announce them here and provide links to the relevant threads.

There will be lots of giveaways, prizes and competitions. While this event is open to all, we are going to do something special again for the ECIGSSA members. @Room Fogger is right - I am typically everywhere
I am usually sorting out problems wherever they happen - from the outside section to the inside and on the stage. I usually walk a heck of a lot and only sit down at about 3pm

But I usually go past the VapeCon / ECIGSSA stand frequently - so that is the best place to catch me.

Go there anyway and vote on the DIY Juice Comp and the Local Vendor Juice Shootout Comp
