My best service award has to go to Vapour Mountain.
Not only are their juices simply amazing, but their customer service is top notch. They're constantly putting the customer first.
Lemme share my experience:
I recently upgraded my Evod setup to a Kanger topbox mod and I still had two sealed bottles of 9mg VM4 (100ml & 30ml). I humbly called Chrystel at Vapour Mountain and asked if I could swop the juice for a low level nicotine juice. They said No Problem! and didn't trouble me with any questions.
My point being, any vendor could have been difficult and said tough luck, order new juice... but this was not the case with Vapour Mountain. My juice was ready for me to vape at my door in less than a week.

I am impressed with the service from Vapour Mountain and The Courier Guy.
Ordered and paid last Friday, was picked up by The Courier Guy on Tuesday.

Big shout out to you guys @Oupa!!!! Your staff has been extremely helpful - I dealt with Chanel mainly. I had to find a way to ship some XXX juice up to Nigeria and she went the extra mile to find various shipping options and obtained quotes on my behalf. So we finalized the transaction today and now we will wait it out so see if we have found a reliable way to get vaping goods to my part of the world. On top of that, she added something special into the order.

Visited the Vapour Mountain team yesterday
First had a lunch with @Oupa and Chrystel
Followed by a visit and a tour of their lab in Cape Town. This is where the Vapour Mountain juices are made.

The place is great. The lab where the juices are made is spotless and tidy. And as always the hospitality and good vibes from the VM staff is awesome.
It's amazing to be able to see the development and growth over the years, having vaped the VM juices for a long time.
Congrats @Oupa and Chrystel on all the achievements and wishing you guys all the best for the future! Very proud of you!!

Just a HUGE Shout out to @Oupa helping me out of a huge dilemma. I have a colleague which I helped of the stinkies about two years ago with VM XXX. Every 3 months I order the usual XXX order (12-14 100mls) for her and a friend as it is all they vape, and nothing else.
Again last week I was asked to please order the usual XXX which I did and was delivered when I got the dredded phone call... I accidently ordered RED PILL (me thinks its @Rob Fisher 's fault on always posting his big hauls of Red Pill, brainwashing me in the process
)
Needless to say, phoned @Oupa, explained my predicament on which he promptly acted on sending me the correct XXX order with no additional courier fees and I sent back the Red Pill.
@Oupa, thank you again for going out of your way even as it was my mistake, and I can assure you, you have customers for life as the colleague and friend was amazed at your quick response and setting my mistake right with their beloved XXX. They also asked that I convey their heartfelt gratitude to you.

PS - @Rob Fisher , I checked my cupboard and I am nearly on DEFCON 5 for my Vapour Mountain menthol supplies.
I thought I had another 10 bottles but I didnt , so I am down to 2
They're only 10ml each - but I use them in most of my juices
going to need to make a sizeable VM order soon - I need a few other things - and want those tobaccoes !

If it wasn't for the fact that there's a menthol tobacco included, I would have loved that wooden box with the whole range. Flippen nice idea. I bought several Reos from VM etc, but never a juice somehow... So this will also be my very first taste of a VM juice as well. Looking forward to it so much. Almost time to clean out the Expromizers and chuck it in.
Ashamed to say that after all these years I only recently vaped a VM juice but I love all four tobaccos variants I got from them and the service is top notch. I am glad that I finally tried your juice, even though I bought several Reos from you years ago before I fell off the wagon. With juices like the Prohibition Tobaccos, I'm sure to stay on the wagon this time around! Thanks @Oupa
