Wanted: Dot Matrix Printer

I'm looking for an old dot matrix printer, if anyone has one lying around gathering dust? I don't want to go out and buy a new one, there must be heaps of these old things in storage somewhere.

I needs it to be 24pin with USB, I won't be using the ribbon so that doesn't matter but it does need to work. A small desktop one will be perfect (A4 size)

Why dont u order a stencil machine? They are cheap cheap the chinese one . ( if that is the purpose of the printer)

From what I'm told the thermal transfer machines don't do fine detail very well and don't last too long, I might get one eventually, just thought the dot matrix would work better especially considering that I already have a good stock of the write-on stencil papers.

Is the opposite. The termal work better . U can even do shading already. We use both here write on stencil and thermal .

ah ok, that's good to know

I'm not desperate for one, still prefer to do most stencils by hand but a stencil machine will save a lot of time on some of the bigger ones. Will definitely keep my eyes open for one
