Please be careful. As far as I know those batteries don't have circuit protection. Unless they were added afterwards.
The fact that it flashes shows you are running the battery quite low without circuit protection (Or at least no circuitry which provides constant power output - Very few LED...
That's a solid LED you are running there. For 2x 18650s an hour is pretty decent runtime. An LED that size with the output described, will most definitely be power hungry.
Ok so if it lasts an hour, that sounds more likely to be correct.
You won't get full brightness for long as there is power drop off on the battery as it runs down. Better batteries won't power drop off as fast. However I wouldn't expect it to be much longer than 15mins. Maybe an extra 5 mins...
Hi, Just check the 18650s supplied to see if they have circuitry strapped onto one end. Led torches don't normally have safety circuitry built in. Which is why its piggy backed onto the supplied batteries normally. The piggy backed circuitry does what a mod would. Stops them from running below a...
Coils on the pic supplied ohm out to 0.15 as a dual. That's a 25 amp draw on the battery. The RDA included is dual.
Which is why they have corrected it to include a vtc5a. Disclaimer should also be included as mentioned.
Unfortunately I got the delta a while ago before the special. So my hard luck. I agree the special is a great deal.
I wouldn't want to hijack this and post pictures of my delta on here as it is essentially a topside review thread. We are comparing the topside to other devices which is ok if...
Nice pic.
One thing to note about delta is that images on the net don't do it justice. Seeing it in person and feeling it you'd change your mind about it being too busy. Alot of people say it looks plasticy, but it is far from that. Especially in the red as the panels are far more subdued than...
I have checked it out thanks. Pretty much over researched this subject. Now if only I could get paid to do it.
Grimm Green also struggles to make a choice on it, but chooses the topside in the end where as @Timwis chooses the Delta. It all boils down to preference in the end I guess.
@Silver
Just check my reply to @Puff the Magic Dragon . The delta in my mind is better than the topside. Especially because it's extremely hard to over squonk.
Biggest problem is capacity if that's what your are looking for as in my case.
The windows which aren't as bad as some reviewers...
