3FVape is the worst international vendor I have dealt with!

On 23 Feb I ordered a bunch of stuff from 3FVape. ALL of them were marked to ship within 24H.

23 Feb was a Thursday, and worst case, it should leave Friday late afternoon.

I paid for DHL shipping btw!

Shipping was $40.72 and the products was total $72.73.

The package only shipped on 27 Feb! So much for shipping in 24H!

This is not the bad part YET!

On 1 March, I get an email from them, stating that DHL informed them that Langebaan, my selected shipping destination address is an outlying area, and I need to pay an ADDITIONAL $38 in shipping!!!!!

FIRSTLY, why the hell did 3FVape not calculate shipping correctly?!

Secondly, it was not MY fault THEY messed up, why the hell should I pay?!

ANYWAY, REALLY p'eed of with them, but, paid, immediately sent them the transaction ID, etc. NO response from them.

Want to know the BEST part ... It's March 3, and the package has not even left Hong Kong yet!

I will leave this till Monday, and then file a PayPal Dispute. I will NEVER again in my life order from 3FVAPE!
 
Additional 38 (around R500) bucks.. Sheesh. Nope. Cancel it bru. They stuffed up now they want you to pay for it.

Gearbest pulled this same move on me for an extra $34.
Apparently DHL has my post code as an outlying address.
Something fishy is going on.

If any local vendor had stock of what I was buying, I would have bought local. MUCH less hassle.

BUT, not MY fault that local vendors don't carry everything, and nor should they to be honest!

Langebaan truly IS an outlying area, BUT, they should calculate shipping CORRECTLY at checkout!

Having used most China site's with mixed results I probably would choose Gearbest if I had to pick one.That said my biggest question is why do they all lie?And they're so terrible at it, to the point where it's laughable. I had an instance with Gearbest where they were trying to make good on a faulty mod,they in all honesty were more than fair.But the blatant lying is unbelievable.Is this something of Chinese culture? I don't want to paint an entire people with a broad brush,but c'mon already .
 
Exact same thing happened to me when I ordered from cvapor. DHL wanted to charge extra due to being in an outlawing area
 
That is not good. I only buy from 2 international vendors. One in Germany and the other in the States. 5 Days max, delivered in Ladybrand. Allllll the other orders, local. I rather pay extra for a local vendor but at least the next day the courier guy is at the Guest House, and we know each other by name.
