Saturday braai time! The ribs from The Salt Slab were nearly as good as the ribs at the restaurant!

Going out tomorrow so did two flatties. One for now and one for tomorrow. Made a ring to make the braai grid higher for the rooster to sit flat.

Didn't braai this evening due to inclement weather. But did take my braai cover off and stich the hem up. I've taped it up twice now with Duct Tape and both times the glue became tacky and the Duct Tape came off.
If anyone in Pretoria has a Weber 57cm kettle braai Rotisserie in decent condition they aren't using and want to sell please let me know by PM. Thanks.
