Guys after some investigation it seems the faulty ones we got will still work if you file it as @SAVapeGear showed or you can force it as is and while it won't sit 100% perfect it will work just fine.

The replacements will leave Italy tomorrow after being triple checked!

OK there is bad news and there is good news and there is more good news.

The bad news is that almost all the plugs are slightly out... the good news is that with a nail file you can follow the instructions above and fix them... and the better news is they are going to replace them all.

The replacements were finally shipped today... I will be away in Sun City for a week from this weekend so they should be here when I get back and will ship them then.
