Hi @Riaz. I basically cut back to 0 and 3mg, then stopped taking anything to work. I dont need it anymore. Will still keep a device incase of temptation in future.

very nicely done @ConradS keeping a device for just incase is a good move. I know I should have. the hardest part is done, and thats the decision to sell up. Now you'll just have to find something to replace the time you spent vaping. Im yet to find that thing to do. So for now I do boring stuff, you know...... Like spending more time with the wife and kid

@Jakey please do get a backup device even if it's a twisp. I quit vaping, sold everything and stayed clean for over a month until I ended up in a pickle (had no backup) and picked up a stinky and now I'm back to square 1. Congrats to you and @ConradS

You already know that if you have to keep one single device, may as well be one of these. It's like a Toyota Hilux. Even that gorgeous SX Mini which you just sold - in a year (or a month) it will become obsolete or, at least, less desireable. But a person with a 3 year old Grand is just as happy with it today as they were 3 years ago.
