As most of you know Grimm Green is a YouTube reviewer of vaping products with approximately 280,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel. He also has his own line of products including e juice. Simply put, he is a fairly busy man in the vaping community, and is seen as an expert reviewer of vaping products in general.
I required some advice on the purchase of a RDA, and was fortunate to receive some advice from members on this forum (Thanks @Robfischer, @Miggs and @PsyCLown), but was still somewhat undecided on which RDA to purchase, if any.
I decided to send an email to Grimm Green to ask his advice on which RDA I should purchase and that would be suitable to my needs and level of experience (read NO experience with RDA’s).
I initially received a generic email from Grimm Green part of which states the following: “Hey there! thanks for your e-mail. It's come to the point in the world of GrimmGreen that I no longer have the ability to personally respond to every email I receive.” I thought that fair enough, I can’t expect him to reply to every query received from every noob vaper, I would just have to do some more research.
Lo and behold this morning I received an email from Mr Green himself with a bit of advice: “The Tsunami and Sapor are both very nice RDA's , I'm not sure if you are using a box mod or not, but the 25mm Tsunami works much better imo. More room for building”
This clenched the deal for me, I will be ordering the Tsunami and give it a go.
The reason I make mention of Grimm Green taking the time to reply to an email from a person he does not know from a bar of soap is to stress how important it is in forums such as this that all members, even noobs who know very little be made to feel welcome and part of the community. Even if this means simply replying with a “good luck” to such a member who seeks advice on some aspect of vaping.
I’m happy to say that a number of members on this forum, in particular, senior members take the time to reply to most if not a very query, no matter how mundane it may appear, by a fellow member of the forum.
My hat off to those members, in particular, and without wanting to exclude any member, Rob Fischer, for the time and effort put in to this forum by them. It is people like Grimm Green and those members of this forum who take the time to help us, who make and keep the vaping community going strong.
Hats off to you gentlemen!
