how about designing a RDA as well.
You've got the device (aka Tokolosh)
You can call the RDA something like Mamlambo, or some other african cultural creature/reference.

Was actually discussed, but decided not at this stage, maybe later on.

Even 0.5mm if 1mm is too big.

Agree very tiny radii / sharp edge breaking, not to spoil the current stunning looking aesthetics.

Thanks Gizmo. I use Autodesk Showcase for the rendering. I draw process plants. We use Showcase more for presentation for tenders purposes.
