Istick 50watt Not Firing

I bought an iStick 50watt from Vapour Mountain on March the 4th - it's not even been 2 months and I woke up this morning and all of a sudden the device's fire button refuses to work unless there's a passthrough USB cable attached. Only the wattage up/down buttons still work. It was working fine last night - now all I have is a mod I can't leave the house with Any ideas guys?

Just tried it now and the fire button doesn't even work with the passthrough attached anymore - now I've just got an expensive paperweight

Hopefully I can get this resolved soon. My girlfriend lost my Spinner 2 + Protank Mini 3 a few days ago and now she's using my iStick 20 watt & Nautilus (she's just quit smoking). I've had to resort to breaking out my MVP2 & iClear 30B tank - amazed I found sealed coils for it that I'd bought nearly a year ago. This is what I started my vape journey on after the Twisp and it's really weird vaping at 9 watts on such an archaic looking tank. Also... I'm vaping 5 pawns in it...

@Mario I can't do anything - can't switch it off - only the Wattage Up/Down buttons still work.

oh ok that sucks...best to return to the vendor and see if you could get a replacement.
