istick battery replacement ??

howsit guys
i have my istick 20w for 5 months now and the battery has packed up so it no more works

i have disassembled it and it seems it takes a 18500 battery

my question is can i maybe solder a efest 18500 15amp battery ??

soo it can be upgraded to a 18650
