Morning all

So i own 3 kangertech tanks , one subtank and 2 toptanks.

Decided to buy extra rba's so that i can always have a rba ready and just change it when it is time and then rebuild it when i can.

The first one i bought is just dead , i get no reading on my device or tshe geeckvape unit i build on , sooke to my supplier and the will send me a new one....

Bought another and i have the same problem ! It is not the coil as i use a coil that work on another base and it still gives no reading.

Can i be so unlucky as to buy 2 duds ?

Also , i build and wicked my bases fine for almost 2 months now , all of a sudden i am getting terrible leaks on the airvents........i am now using to much wick ?

When will it leak at the vents , when u use to much or to little wick ?

Looking forward to some solid advice as alaways.

If they are authentics then you are unlucky. If they are clones then that would be the reason.

Hi Rob , thats what i also thought.

Bought them fro reputable dealers , both of them in the site.

How will i know if they are genuine Or not ?

They came in kangertech boxes......

Leaking could be due to how it is wicked as well as the height of the coil from the air vent.

All 3 the rba's i got with the tanks work 100 S

Would it be if the coil is to high or to low ? What is the ideal height for the coil to be above the airflow ?

Too high would cause leaking.

On my Subtank RBA the coil sits no more than like 3mm above the air hole

Almost impossible to tell these days... but seeing you got them from reputable dealers you are probably just unlucky and they will replace them for you no issues.

Thanks for the advice , i would have thought that to low might cause the leaking , can u perhaps explain why to high would cause the leaking ?

Would like to understand it , dont like struggeling much......
