My first order placed with Vape King last Thursday and have not been impressed so far.
The package was delivered last Friday, unfortunately it was incorrect, it seems mine and another person’s packages were mixed up.
I was advised that I will receive the correct package on Monday, however I have yet to receive it. I did get an e-mail from the courier this morning stating delivery will be today.
My main gripe is the lack of communication from Vape King, since Thursday I have not received a call advising me of the current progress, I sent 2 e-mails yesterday and have yet to receive a response. Basic customer service dictates keeping the customer informed throughout the process, especially when the supplier is at fault. Except for the courier e-mail this morning I've never heard back from Vape King. This just tells me they don’t really give 2 hoots, as long as the money is safely in their account.
Hello Vape King - pleeeease can you follow up on my order (with the transport company?) - was expecting it on Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday... they did email me on Friday letting me know that delivery would be Monday (yesterday). No response so far to the email I sent you earlier today. I know there have been website issues, sick colleagues etc (including a change to the order from my side once as well) but the whole process for a tank and some coils has taken a pretty long time now so would really appreciate assistance

Vape King Fourways, You Kept me waiting outside your Gate for 10 Min Today when I saw a new Client go inside just as I was pulling up on Saturday 10H15. 6 cars in your Parking Lot when 30 min before 0 cars, I was early. Fug it for not opening and making me drive all that way. Last you will see of me for sure. Must have spent 6k there in last 3 months. Wanted to drop 1k there today on Juice alone... Must be doing to well?
have always been a supporter of vape king Fourways, they very helpful people. Stroodlepuff knows all of my family members by name. Look I have been in retail for the last 8years, I know things get hectic at times but guys keep up the good work.
I haven't been dealing with Vape King Fourways for a very long time but excellent service. Thankfully I am close enough that I don't need to worry about couriers. The shop is awesome, the couches are comfy, the juice is just great and the dogs like me . The Huskies eyes are stunning BTW.
So far I can only say great things. Thanks Vape King.

But the pin on the magma is adjustable. I run a magma on my iStick all the time.
