Plan your route well and I hope your two pairs of shoes are ready!

The floorplan is great - there's lots of exciting exhibitors around every corner - big ones, small ones, locals and internationals - sprinkled everwhere. Come Saturday next week and it's going to be magical. A vaping wonderland I can assure you!

I am super excited too -

The best part about all this is that every single exhibitor is putting in major effort - they are all just as excited. So much planning from every one of them. Not to talk about the internationals - its a logistics exercise of note.

I have interacted with many of the exhibitors on their plans for VapeCon - my lips are sealed - but lets just say that we are all in for a BEEEEEEEEG treat next week!

Good question

Build Day is on Friday. That's when everything is set up at the Arena.
That night we make sure that everything is in perfect shape for the event to take place on Saturday.

The exhibitors will be arriving at various times. Most of them stay for an extra few days in SA - either before the event, after or both - So I expect some will start arriving around Mon/Tues - while others will stay on for a few days the week after VapeCon. Irrespective of when they arrive in SA - they will only be setting up at the venue on the Friday - build day.
