Vaporshark 510 connection problem

I have 2 Vaporshark mods Dna and Rdna30. they used to be perfect, but now no atty will screw on to either mod. It almost seems if on both the 510 connection is now too big for the atty's to screw on. The atty's work on all other mods. I am trying to avoid sending them back to US for repairs or replacement of 510 connections. I am technically challenged so I need help. Any local buffs that can help?

My best efforts - as you can see the Nautilius Mini sits in the 510 connection without threading at all.

The threads look stripped. Only reason why the 510 is too big for the atty's now

Can you take a better picture of 510 thread, then we can be sure?

Let's assume the threads are stripped -Anyway to replace it?

Hey @Danrmb111. You could always strip out the 510 and completely disassemble it, then if you have a tap, you could try and tap it with a end tad/finishing tap.

Replace it with a fatdaddy 510 . The only way to get it perfect now . The hole is now to big to re tap it so the only way would be to replace the 510 completely . I would offer to do it but because I am only home like once a month it might take some time before I can do it for u
