Good day Vapers,

Please help we have a customer that has the pico and while she is pressing the firing button the screen just goes off and only after pressing the button a few times it comes on.

I have researched it but not been able to find a solution to it.

Maybe try a software update

Perhaps stealth mode is enabled ?

She might have it in stealth mode.
You can also put the iStick PICO in stealth mode (turns off the LCD display) by pressing the fire button and ‘-‘ button while the device is turned on, and check battery voltage by pressing the fire button and ‘+’ while it is off.

I asked her to bring it in. I phoned her and asked her to take the stealth mode off but still nothing. She will bring it in tomorrow. Will reply as soon as i can get it in.

If all else fails try a different battery

To de-activate Stealth mode press minus (-) and then fire button and keep both in. Screen should indicate "Stealth Off" in three seconds. Repeat of same procedure will activate "Stealth On" and so on..
