Hi guys,

Would just like to thank the peeps at Sir Vape for a great website and awesome service. Ordered a Smok 80w kit on friday and received it today.

As I live here in the sticks of the Eastern Cape its awesome to know that I can get good and swift service out here in the middle of nowhere. Already placed my second order today.

Jip the service received from @Sir Vape is awesome. My minikin serpent mini, juice ect. perfectly packed and well protected with bubble wrap. A PITA to get out of the wrapping but almost no way it can get damaged.

Forgot to pay shipping on my first order, then ordered extras with the intention of shipping together.

Craig shipped it separately and handled the whole situation like a PRO.

Its just that this is probably a better place - since it keeps all the review comments on one thread.
 
Was really hoping to sort this out via PM, but since the replies are very few and far between, and I haven't seen any real progress on the matter. I ordered a Hands drip tip from Sir Vape, a red one. The one that was delivered is almost pink. Contacted hands and the sirs via group PM to enquire. Hands assured me it was a mix up and that I should contact Sir Vape. Eventually I got a reply that their shipping depwrtment would sort out the problem. Since then, no feedback after another enquiry was made. I get notifications of read messages, but no replies. A few minths back a similar issue popped up with the wrong coils that was sent to me. This is sad, because Sir Vape is my first stop when looking for any new gear, mostly due to their awesome range. However, paying that much for a drip tip, and getting the wrong one is very disappointing, especially of it feels like no real effort is made to rectify the issue. This is what I ordered:

We have double checked the tips and unfortunately the tip that you have ordered was not in the remaining tips i make the assumption that it was loaded incorrectly in the begging or that the image was not updated. I profusely apologies for this mix up and if you would be so kind as to email me your bank details to craig@sirvape.co.za we will arrange for the amount paid to be deposited into your account. Good variety and stock. A welcoming atmosphere with helpful and RESPONSIBLE advice. My go to supplier for all things vape related.
