sent my wife over to vape king parkwood to pick up my ijust2. was willing to assist in setting up the device and provided my wife with some valuable info. gummiberry eliquid was good too. good service and happy with their products, sure to be returning

It's really overdue but I want to say a quick thank you to Luke from Northcliff Vape King. I've dealt with him many a time over the past year or so and only ever recieved exceptional service. From helping me choose the right kit when starting out to assisting with all kinds of technical difficulties as I started to get a bit more adventurous he has always offered friendly and helpful advice. VK Northcliff definitely gets 2 thumbs up. Keep up the great work.

I placed an order with VapeKing last week. The delivery date was estimated to be Tuesday. As I was reading the email on Monday about delivery the next day, the buzzer rang and it was the VapeKing delivery, one day early!

The parcel was delivered free, due to minimum order, which is always a delight. Vendors who don't have the option of free delivery over a certain amount have a long way to go!

Anyway I received the order well packed, and a free Trick or Treat E liquid as part of their promo. Thankfully mine was a Treat! The only problem with my order was that I had order a clearomizer but they had sent the coils for the clearomizer instead of the clearomizer itself by mistake. I sent them a message to check up and let me know if they can see the error on their side. I didn't receive a response for 2 days so I just assumed that they working on it. And 2 days later, a delivery arrives, and it is the missing clearomizer!

They didn't ask me to return the coils or didn't question anything, they simply rectified the error.

This goes to show just how professional Vape King is, and their efficiency and level of customer service is class-leading. This kind of service sets the leaders apart! I am truly grateful for the first class service. Thank you, much appreciated!

All that's left is work towards a R250 or more FREE DELIVERY and you will be the takealot of vaping ;-)

I always have a great time visiting VK Northcliff, and know to set aside at least an hour or two for tasting new juices on new builds and find out what new things are coming in. On the odd occasion even build some coils and stuff... Always fun times!

Thanks for the review JP, really appreciate it :) I know when you are coming round that I need to get ready for a nicotine assault haha, trying new builds and flavours is always a blast when you are in the store!

Hi all

This review is long overdue.

Have bought from VapeKing a few times. Once at a Vape Meet at their place. Once I collected from their premises. Another time at the 2nd Vape Meet, where they brought the items along and finally, via their website and a courier delivery.

For those who don't know, VapeKing is one of the local retailers. Their website is www.vapeking.co.za. They are based in Fourways, near Monte Casino. Warren, the founder of VapeKing (@Gizmo on this forum) actually created this forum. At first, some were a bit apprehensive (myself included) but it's been a few months now and they have conducted themselves impeccably. In no way have they abused this forum for the benefit of their vaping business. Instead, I think their contributions have made vaping better for me.

Knowledge and product - their knowledge on the vaping gear is very good. @Gizmo and @Stroodlepuff (who runs the business with @Gizmo) are vapers themselves. So they know their stuff. They try out the products they sell. They also do their research and try to bring in the products that us vapers want most.

Variety, choice and availability - it has grown nicely of late. They cater for the full spectrum from beginner to advanced vaper. Only problem is that sometimes the really nice gear is sold out quickly. So you need to move fairly fast after a big shipment has arrived! You need to keep your eyes on announcements in their section on this forum.

Authenticity of products - all the products I have from VapeKing are authentic. Clones are marketed as clones and not the originals. To my knowledge, all their products are from the genuine suppliers.

Pricing is good - not easy to rate this for me since I only know of a few other local places to compare. And some of VapeKing's gear is not available anywhere else I know of. Nevertheless, from what I can tell, their pricing is good. For example, their PT2Mini starter pack is a great deal. On a few other things, I'd say their pricing is either in line or slightly lower than other retailers.

Service overall is very good. @Gizmo and @Stroodlepuff have gone out of their way several times to accommodate me. They know how to make their customers feel special. Their responsiveness is legendary. This is how I wish most businesses in SA were. Email queries and even messages through this forum get answered mostly within minutes. Well done guys, it's great to know you are only a click away.

Friendliness is top notch. @Stroodlepuff has to be one of the most friendly people around!

Delivery - haven't had much experience with delivery since I've either collected or met up at vape meets. The one delivery I did have was not too good. It was all delivered in good order but took about a week. I discovered afterward there was another suburb tagged on to the end of the address. I think it was a genuine mistake that crept in and not one that was caused by VapeKing.

Packaging - all products are in their original packaging as supplied from the vendor. VapeKing puts it in a nice leopard paw print (I think) bag. Nothing too fancy.

Website is good - it looks nice, has good photos of the products and is easy to use. It does its job well.

Areas for improvement
- variety of juices is limited. While they are the distributors of 5Pawns, which is fantastic, these are too expensive as an all day vape. TopQ is not bad, but that's all that is available. I think they need a lot more variety on the juice front.
- nothing else that I can think of that needs improvement ;-)

Overall, I can strongly recommend VapeKing as a great retailer to get your vape gear.

My first time using VapeKing hasn't gone so well, took about a week for my goods to come.

I ordered on friday, and waited knowing that my order will only be sent on monday according to the website. Tuesday morning I was wondering when the package will arrive since I haven't received a waybill number, and decided to email asking for a tracking number, and exactly 40min later I received an email stating my order and left with the courier and I will receive my waybill shortly, so I decided to wait again.

Wednesday morning still haven't received a tracking number, and decided to call them after about 6 unanswered calls, I asked Stroodlepuff on the forum for assistance... And she helped me no problem, turns out it was a courier problem and she would resend it and I would get it the next morning (which is today), not long after that I got a waybill number and felt satisfied.

So this morning I decided to track my order since I was only going to work till 12pm. And it showed it would be delivered at 8:41am - it came at 11:14am. When I opened the packed the eleaf istick 60w and melo tank was not in the packet- so now I'm sitting with a battery and eliquid.
I called them within 5min of opening the package, told them it wasn't included and was told to email them, which I did, haven't got a reply yet.

I understand its xmas and holidays, lost of people making orders, most people are on leave and others work half day, so I am not negative about the service I received, I am however disappointed might be because I am having a bad week - hopefully the other half of my order will show up next week even though VapeKing is closed.

I would like to add that I have ordered things from shops that use the same courier VapeKing uses and also had the same problem where they have to resend the order, and it normally turns out ok after that - another reason why I don't blame VapeKing about delivery.
