Thats who I called in the first place then they said they cant help me and put me through to their customs department, and they again put me through to another person and that person to another person, then I waited and waited and nobody answers. I tried over 5 times this week

Ok spoke to them, it was only submitted to customs for clearance yesterday (This is very typical of TNT - they do things slow always. ) Pop me a PM with your email address and as soon as I get the customs invoice From them I will forward it to you. Have spoken to John and a lady by the name of Mpho. It has been submitted though, thats a good sign, customs invoice should come either today or by Monday the latest, if I have not received it by Monday I will follow up again for you.

I am really sorry that this has happened to you, as a retailer it infuriates me to be honest! @Vapes, please have a good look at this and consider what is happening here, this is not how a retailer should handle a situation, bad publicity is bad publicity, we have all had our fair share of it, the way you deal with it however is what will determine the outcome of the situation!

that should be good enough for CPA to assist you. If that institution works as intended. I would not want my money go to this crook, for what anyway? He just placed an order in China and stated your name and address to deal with the rest...my 12 year old can do that.

Okay I just got a call from customs they wanted my email to send me the fees I have to pay now

Ok good :) I just shouted at Mpho :p Made them go fast clearly. just dont get annoyed if the invoice takes long, TNT does things at a snails pace. Normally takes about an hour to come through, if it takes longer call them on the details I gave you above.

I love how this community works, we even have another vendor with nothing to do with the original transaction willing to go out of her way to help a fellow vaper out of the poo. It never ceases to amaze me how folks around here are willing to help someone who really needs it. I for one am very glad to be here :)

@Vapes has not been bothered to revisit the forum since the 17th July....shows how interested he is in resolving this issue!

In the beginning I felt somewhat sorry for him, thinking he made a beginners mistake...now I think he is a BSer who must be dealt with properly. By the forum and most importantly by the law!

I think this is a perfect example of which retailers deserve certification and which don't. @Stroodlepuff has gone above and beyond to help out here where another vendor has clearly just lost interest. Newbies trust a certified banner on the forum as a sign of the vendor being somebody they can trust with their money and often come to this forum when going onto more expensive devices such as Mods.

In my opinion, The only Certified vendors should be those that the moderators know and notice are always willing to sort issues out on the forum and will ensure that issues are resolved. Mistakes happen but the most important thing is how it is resolved. I see the certified banner as a certification from the forum as a whole and a sign that the majority of the members would trust and utilise this vendor.

As an online reputation specialist, I can say that this is not the way in which this situation should have been handled and this was extremely detrimental to the vendor as forums and reviews are a huge brand contact point. Even if this was an honest mistake on Vapes part, the way in which it was dealt with was a true reflection of the level of service and profession from the vendor and therefor is in no way justifiable.

I feel that the forum is here to assist people before it assists vendors with sales and removing the certified status would be in the best interest of the members. This is nothing personal against Vapes or Shane it is purely from a standpoint of the brands reputation and at the same time upholding the forums reputation and validity in its certification of vendors.

I have been in contact with Bjorn, the issue is being resolved.

@BumbleBee

Unfortunately I wasn't made aware of this issue until th is morning. Bjorn has been in contact with me now and thanks to @Silver for making me aware of the issues in this thread

He says I have to let him know if there is a problem. I did that each and every day. And its not my job to find out if there is a problem in the firt place. But I'll keep everyone updated on the matter

Me thinks that he does not even care about his reputation....

@bjorn you father contacted me and I gave him the importers code and ID number, this was at 09:40 in the morning, there was a form that needed to be filled in and returnede to TNT, he wanted to get this done before 10am and I wasn't in the office at that exact time to do it, otherwise I would have done it for you as per your request. This was the last I heard of the issue and assumed it was resolved, as per our Whatsapp conversation I will pay the customs invoice as soon as it's sent to you, the parcel will then be released from customs and you can expect delivery.

without claiming your restocking fee? should be, as it was never in your stock....

I can sympathise with Vapes. However this is a stuff up and honestly it's unfair for him to make profit off this deal. That's my frustration here. It's not fair to pay a lot of money for shit service (drop shipping) like this. Bjorn could have ordered from Fasttech for half the money and would have got the same quality of service and delivery.
